The main focus of the company, founded in 1976, is the production of components for fertilizer spreaders, which, along with its ideal location in Italy, makes it a key player in meeting the needs of the worldwide agricultural market. In 2021 – through Reggiana Riduttori – it was acquired by the Interpump Group to strengthen the group’s expertise in the new agricultural transmission technologies sector and in engineering solutions from a circular economy perspective. With the merger in 2022, Berma becomes the Reggiana Riduttori brand.
